  My toddler has attended here since December 2025 and we have had nothing short of an amazing experience. He loves all of his teachers, specifically Ms. Amy, Ms. Madison, Ms. Zamora, and Ms. Sara. Everyone is very friendly and I feel that my child is very well taken care of, loved, and comes homes more educated everyday. Ms. Kate is a wonderful director. We appreciate them!

  I can only speak to my experience at the start of the search. I reached out through the website and scheduled a facility tour. I was told the supervisor was unavailable and that I would need to reschedule the appointment. I didn’t hear anything further. I received this email in September about the date listed in the automated cancellation. The facility seems to lack enough caregivers to manage the influx of inquiries. I do like that you can't get into the building.

  Our experience with KinderCare has been extremely disappointing and, at times, deeply concerning. Despite being promised that a kitchen would be implemented, the center went more than a year without one. This has been particularly frustrating given the lack of consistency and quality in the lunch menu provided to the children. Billing has also been an ongoing issue. Charges have frequently been incorrect or require repeated follow-up to resolve. Unfortunately, this appears to be part of a larger pattern of poor accountability and follow-through. The director has repeatedly provided specific timeframes for addressing concerns or completing tasks, only for those deadlines to pass with various explanations as to why the matter was not resolved. There have also been significant concerns regarding communication and supervision. At pick-up, staff have on multiple occasions been unable to tell me which classroom or location my child is in, which is extremely concerning from both a communication and child-safety perspective. On one occasion, I entered a classroom and observed a provider sitting down without realizing that a child was playing behind her in a toilet. This raised serious concerns about the level of supervision being provided. Sanitation has been another ongoing concern. The director herself has acknowledged that classrooms are not always cleaned at the end of the day. Maintaining clean and sanitary classrooms should be a basic expectation in any childcare environment. Overall, the repeated billing problems, lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, concerns regarding supervision and sanitation, and poor consistency in the meals provided have made our experience with KinderCare extremely frustrating. The recurring nature of these issues has significantly undermined my confidence in the center and its ability to provide the level of care, communication, and accountability that parents should reasonably expect

  Our 2 boys attended here from 4 months-4.5. The director Kate is an example of stellar leadership. Kate has always been calm, positive, and supportive. Melanie, the assistant director, always took time to make sure our boys felt special. The staff overall really moved mountains to help our boys thrive from learning to eat solids to supporting their personal interests. Big shout out to Ms. Emma and Ms. Kristy. Our son still talks about things he learned even months after moving out of town. We are very thankful for everyone who poured into our children making them feel safe and well cared for.
