  My daughter developed severe separation anxiety after starting at this daycare. The staff told us it was “normal,” but she never reacted this way at her previous daycare. One morning during drop-off, my daughter was crying, and I heard a teacher say, “Here we go again,” instead of comforting her. As a parent, that was very upsetting to hear. The most concerning incident happened when I picked her up. She was standing alone crying while the teacher sat across the room with other children. When I picked her up, her pants were wet. After checking her diaper, I found it soaked with urine and filled with feces. At first, the teacher claimed she must have sat on something wet, but after seeing the diaper, changed the explanation. My daughter is too young to tell us exactly what happens during the day, so we depend on caregivers to provide proper supervision, comfort, and care. Seeing her left crying and remaining in a heavily soiled diaper was unacceptable and caused us to lose trust in this center. Because of these experiences, we decided to withdraw our daughter from the program. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of care provided to young children. would not recommend this daycare to parents looking for attentive and compassionate care for their children.

  Miss Jackie is wonderful with our baby boy. We are so grateful for how hard she works and how much she cares for the kids. Our 9 month old adores her!

  LISTEN CLOSELY!!! I was actively searching for a childcare center! I am a very active and aware individual and parent. I read the comments and seen the ratings and figured I would check it out. Made a call scheduled a walk through and immediately upon arrival every alarm in my body went off!!! My discernment was on 10 and if you believe in God. Listen when he talks!!! Do not utilize this daycare‼️‼️‼️‼️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🚨🚨🚨 from the attitude failure to make or maintain eye contact. Not to mention the directors attitude and the very young teachers. The way they speak to the kids the younger ones is crazy. Being that there is no cameras I don’t deem it fit based off my assessment. The way the children looked. Rooms lacking educational posters and ect. Rude and aggressive would never trust them!!! The reviews are a lie…… I’ve worked many businesses. We know how easy it is to Recruit people to make inaccurate reviews to boost ratings!!!! DO NOT DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE ITS BEEN ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AND MY GUT SAYS NOOOOO!!! Pictures aren’t accurate place looks like a facility not a childcare learning center beware .
