  Center lacks communication, organization & honesty. I went for a tour , they had accidentally scheduled another one for the same time. No big deal. I liked how small the class sizes were and the waitlist wasn’t a year out like other centers. I was kinda rushed out from the tour and told to just call back and they would get me set up. I called 5 different times and kept getting told “I’ll email you a start date and get you on the waitlist” .. it never happened. Same response every time I called and still nothing. Maybe they just didn’t like me or my daughter lol. But I will take it as a sign and find another one.

  KinderCare is great place for kids. Our children like this place and happy to come there everyday. Working hours are great for full employed parents. Staff is friendly and take care for kids in the best way. Playing areas are clean and nice. Recommend this place.

  Putting out a notice to all my mom friends out there. Please do not send your child to KinderCare in Simpsonville. Our son has a severe egg allergy and we have had ongoing issues for the year we have been there. Another child in his class had a severe allergic reaction and the director froze and did not know how to administer an epipen. Th e old Assistant director (who was offsite the day of the incident) was amazing and called and ensured extra training on epipen a etc and did lots of things to ensure this wouldn’t happen again. Shortly after the director resigned and we had high hopes for the new director. Well we’ve been back for theee weeks and his teacher who was awesome stopped food at the door of his room three times e last time being eggs trying to be served. I had a meeting with the director today to try to understand how this could keep happening to which they said they would continue to educate and that their policy was that they could not make his room egg free. They would continue to serve kids eggs and egg products and sit my son at a different table. I asked if they were willing to run the risk of him picking it up off the floor or a kid accidentally feeding him. The answer was yes as they refused to make his room egg friend which it had been for the entire year before with the previous staff. I tried very hard to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is obvious they truly do not care about the safety of the children who attend. Not to mention over half their teachers quit in the last few months as they were not valued either. I’m not saying this to seek revenge but to truly warn other mommas out there that this is not the place for your kids.
