  Buyer beware! I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother, who pays $6,000 a month to eat penitentiary-quality meals. When the opportunity came for my mom to move to Tide Pointe in HHI, she was beyond excited. Unfortunately, once she moved in, she was met with problem after problem—mold, mildew, broken pipes, a flooded basement, and giant screws and bolts sticking out of the walls. She spends much of her time filling out work orders for repairs that never seem to get completed. For what she pays, the quality of living is extremely disappointing. It feels like a massive waste of money. Tide Pointe certainly knows how to advertise and sell the dream. The reality has been very different.

  Tidepointe is a living experience that combines carefree living with an ambiance of friendships and a caring staff. The campus is spectacular and the meals are a delight. I've been there 13 years and love it.

  As a member of TidePointe, I recently celebrated a birthday among close friends in TidePointe’s private dining room. The executive chef curated a fine French dinner. The wine and food service were both exemplary in a beautiful and comfortable setting.
