  I’ve had the chance to work with Broad Creek Care Center – Hilton Head through referrals and care coordination, and they’ve always been great to work with. Erin McGrath in Admissions is especially helpful — she’s responsive, easy to reach, and really on top of getting admissions coordinated quickly and smoothly. She makes the process a lot easier when things are time-sensitive. Overall, it’s been a solid experience working with their team and they’ve been a reliable partner in transitions of care

  As a nurse advocate, I recently had a client at Broad Creek Care Center for rehabilitation following a hospitalization. I was very impressed with the level of care provided by the staff. They were compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cared about the residents' well-being. Communication was excellent, and they kept me informed of any changes in my client's condition throughout the stay. Based on this experience, I would confidently recommend Broad Creek Care Center to anyone seeking rehabilitation services for a loved one.

  My dad has been at Broad Creek for about four months. He was reluctant to move to assisted living, but the staff at Broad Creek have gone far out of their way to help him adjust positively! When I visit my dad I see firsthand that he has the opportunity to participate in numerous organized activities, has daily social interactions with many people (e.g., nurses, administrative staff, housekeepers, residents, volunteers), eats healthy food, and lives in a clean, safe, enriched environment. I’m truly grateful for Broad Creek Assisted Living facility, as I truly believe my dad is in good hands, and receiving the care and support he needs and deserves.
