I normally do not take the time to write negative reviews, but after having both of my children attend this daycare, I feel like other parents deserve to know about my experience before making the decision to enroll their children. When I first enrolled my children, I had high hopes and trusted that they would be somewhere safe, cared for, and treated with patience and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from what I expected. Over time, I became increasingly uncomfortable with the way certain situations were handled and with the communication between the daycare and parents. There were several occasions where I felt like my concerns as a parent were not taken seriously. Communication was often frustrating, and I felt like parents were expected to simply accept things rather than being properly informed or listened to. When you leave your children in someone else's care, communication and trust are extremely important, and unfortunately, I did not feel that trust was there. I also had concerns about consistency and professionalism. A daycare should be a place where parents feel confident dropping their children off each morning without constantly worrying about whether their children are receiving the care and attention they deserve. As a parent of two children who attended, I found myself questioning whether this was still the right environment for my family. What bothers me the most is that I gave the daycare the benefit of the doubt more than once. I tried to communicate my concerns and hoped things would improve, but eventually I reached the point where I no longer felt comfortable keeping my children there. I would strongly encourage parents to ask plenty of questions, pay attention to how staff communicate with you, observe the environment carefully, and trust your instincts before enrolling your children. Every family's experience may be different, but based on my personal experience with both of my children, I would not choose this daycare again. As a parent, your children's safety, happiness, and well-being should always come first. Unfortunately, this daycare did not give me the level of confidence and peace of mind I believe parents should have.

We absolutely love Bright Horizons USC! We moved our son after a bad experience at another daycare. We love the team and have kicked ourselves that we didn’t send him there all along. Our son has grown leaps and bounds and absolutely loves the staff. We are extremely thankful for them and would highly recommend!
