My daughter initially started in the infant class and then transitioned to the toddler class. Mel accommodated last minute request to accommodate her for a full time toddler class after our nanny left the job without much notice. Special shoutout to the toddler class teachers- Ms. Brittany and Ms. Martin, they are terrific and my daughter loves them. They make me feel confident that she is in safe hands and in a loving environment while at daycare. There is great communication with the teachers who are genuinely interested in the well-being of the kids. We are sad to leave the BH family since we are moving but will carry a lot of good memories from here!

We've had an exceptional experience with our two boys here. The teachers are all great. Our oldest loved them so much he asked why some didn't live with us. I felt safe knowing my children were in good hands. We are sad to move away and will miss them!

Bright Horizons doesn't accept assistance from the state. They accept military assistance. Brown affiliates are clients so they have precedence on the wait-list. Yet a hard working family that needs that state assistance to receive daycare is denied a spot. My children are denied a spot at Bright Horizons not because our family doesn't have military assistance or are affiliated with Brown. It's because we don't have the type of money it takes to have Bright Horizons watch our children. Universities accept financial aid. State & Federal. They accept Scholarships that a student has earned. Bright Horizons isn't Manhattan. We are Providence, RI. We are the most Diverse City you will ever know. Is State assistance too URBAN for BRIGHT Horizons?! After realizing your pickings and choosing of families, I would never send any of my beautiful children here. Leslie
