  We looked at three different AL communities before deciding upon Chapel Hill as the next home for our mother. We had many visits and phone conversations with Amy and other team members, including Eric, the Executive Director. Through every step of this 3-4 month process, everyone was warm and welcoming. They made us feel like family, getting to know us on a personal level and reaching out proactively with any information that they felt would help us in making this process easier for us. Amy has been fabulous as our primary contact. Our mom keeps telling us that it feels like she is on a cruise ship, with good food, good people and a wide variety of community activities to take part in. Many large rooms are available for residents and their families alike. The game / craft rooms are fun, but our favorite is the private family dining room, which we can use anytime to celebrate family milestones. It’s been just a short time since mom moved in, but it already feels like home to her and our extended family. Thank you.

  Once you realize your parents need to be in a safe, well maintained and well staffed place, you hope you find them a place like Chapel Hill. From the administration, facilities staff and activities team, you will find committed and professional individuals who care about the residents. The assisted living and memory care services offer an incredible cadre of caregivers. I highly recommend Chapel Hill. You will not find a better facility or community for your loved ones.
