  I would not recommend KinderCare on S Northern Way in York to any parent looking for quality childcare. After our conversation where Center Director Kusor Monu confirmed availability for my daughter and insisted I come in for a tour before enrolling, I arrived to find unkept grounds with dirty toys outside and an interior that smelled heavily of dirty diapers and mildew. There was no proper tour and no seating while waiting. The single classroom we looked into was dimly lit because the children were napping, but the room itself looked completely bare, lacking basic toys and learning materials. To make matters worse, she unprofessionally told us that the spot had already been taken by someone else, meaning she wasted my time instead of contacting me beforehand. I am glad I saw how poorly managed and unkept this facility was before enrolling my daughter, and I strongly advise parents to look elsewhere.

  First of all the Director K.Michelle is absolutely amazing. I don't know what director works harder than she does. You can tell she loves her center, students and cares for the families. My kid and friends children go here and they are so well taken care of. They always look forward to coming here. All the children love her, the Center smells great, teachers are friendly , we constantly get updates on the children through the app on their progress, any issue we have had the director has always resolved and put our minds at ease. Even when my friend went through a financial issue and had trouble paying, she worked with her and even bought the children clothes and diapers till she got on her feet. That center will not be same if you lose her as a director. we are so grateful for this KinderCare. Nicely run center 20/10

  They Close all the time actually happened 2 days just this week with same day notice for pretty much whatever they feel like we’ve been told staff training, staffing issues,the room teacher is sick, the newest excuse is “weather” and it’s not snowing it’s not supposed to snow it’s literally just a cold front and ITS WINTER! it’s Bulls***! you would think a childcare center would be reliable and stay open during work days but here at kindercare not so the only thing you can count on is $250 being withdrawn from bank every week!

  My daughters love it. The teachers and staff are friendly and open to helping. They provide a playground inside of the facilities and they are not walking the children on the streets. They have really good communication with the parents. A mis hijas le encanta el cuido. Las maestras son muy amables y el personal siempre están disponibles para ayudarte. El centro provee un área de juegos dentro de las facilidades y no tienen a los niños caminando por las calles. Tienen muy buena comunicación con los padres.
