  Rudest interaction I've ever experienced. Refused to answer any questions I had about care and literally laughed at me when I asked about flexibility in hours, ages cared for etc. Won't be revisiting this location and hope they dont allow Holly to be in charge of anything.

  Not even sure where to begin. The director Michele Brown is the worst communicator. She simply just does not respond to emails. When I would call it would be the assistant director that would help me. She is really nice. Not sure if it’s just the director or the entire center but they seem disorganized. They would give me a date and forget. I found myself always hounding them for information that they should be the ones to give me. In the end I took my child elsewhere. Rooms were small and disorganized anyway. There was always an excuse.

  This center does not make children's safety a priority!!! No monitoring visitors coming in & out of center (no cameras & a shared pin code for all families seldomly changed) There is also multiple concerns I have addressed within the center with bullying or lack of teachers support on children's safety!!

  Worst daycare ever, my daughter was injured while in their care due to inattentive staff. Had to call the Department of Public Welfare on them, as my daughter kept coming home with diaper rashes from not being changed properly and as frequent as the state allows. Director is very inadequate as a supervisor, allowed a staff member to confront my husband about a complaint we made in front of a room full of two year olds. This place is run and operated by TRASH!!
