  In a couple of months I’ll be moving my mom to Bellingham. She hasn’t been very excited or agreeable about leaving her home and losing some of her independence, so finding a place that would be the right fit was challenging and stressful. Bellingham made the choice really easy. The environment, location, and vibe at Bellingham really fit my Mom’s needs and personality. But what really made the biggest impact was Bellingham’s Director, Donna. She had a way of really understanding where my mom was at in her journey and also where I was at, as a daughter trying to help an aging parent. She has such a calm, supportive, and understanding presence that just made me feel really at ease and comfortable that my Mom would be in great hands.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Donna and she is absolutely amazing. She is transparent and honest and went above and beyond to get everything to work to get our parents into this wonderful community. She has made the process so easy and stress free. She genuinely cares and wants to help. She does not get bothered by all the questions and changes we had to make over these last 2 months. I know my parents are in great hands.   Donna from Bellingham was absolutely incredible in helping my family find the perfect independent living situation for my parents. She was patient, kind, and truly took the time to understand our financial situation and unique needs. Donna went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and stress-free, which meant the world to us during such an important transition. Her professionalism and compassion made a challenging time so much easier. She listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to Donna, my parents are now in a wonderful place that feels like home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her support and dedication. She truly made a difference for our family!

  Bellingham is a beautiful community and Donna was kind enough to show me all the amazing amenities, including the beautiful Tavern. Residents were pleasant and Donna knew them all by name. Would recommend to anyone looking for their loved one.

  The Watermark at Bellingham is a hidden "gem" in West Chester. For the family members who are not yet ready to give their independence up this is a perfect balance. They have undergone an extensive renovation that has opened up the entire facility. From the new Farm to Table Restaurant and beautiful outside spaces to simply relax and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine with friends, this facility has it all. Beautiful grounds and a beautiful renovated indoor tavern and dining room. The staff is wonderful, they really helped with the transition from lining up a transition to team to a seamless move! Big shout out to Donna and her entire team! Could never have gotten this done without you!!!!
