My mom moved here two months ago and I have nothing but praise for the facility, staff, and especially the delicious fresh fine-dining caliber meals. The entire staff is focused on the health and well being of the residents. The apartments are immaculate with modern finishes. Kudos to Paul, Lisa, Lindsay, both Bills, Frank the amazing chef, Heather, Qwanda, and our dear Tony for making a stressful transition under difficult conditions as simple and pleasant as possible.

My mother and father came here when they were 96. My dad died and my mother stayed. They wanted her to have 24/7 care which she did not need. It would have cost $25,000 a month. We would not consider this so we received a letter 3 days later saying that she had to be out in 30 days between Thanksgiving and Christmas and she’s 98. Really? Absolutely heartless and I’m lucky she survived the stress. She’s now at another place and doing great. She goes to the bathroom, showers and walks by herself and she doesn’t have 24/7 care. She’ll be 99 next month. Sad this happened because she loved the place, but it’s all about money here. How do you throw a 98 year old out at the holidays. If this happened to my mother, how many others does this happen to??
