Day Care Center

- EVEmily VaraJun 22, 20215.0My kids started going to this daycare scents September of 2020 and scents then it’s been a very smooth transition for my family they enjoy and love there teachers and the friends that they have made there! You can tell the teachers care so much about the children and treat them as they would there own children ! Ms Shelly is amazing at Answering every single question I had and believe a mom of 4 going back to work in the middle of a pandemic there was plenty of questions I can call Thur out the day and she doesn’t mind giving me an update ! And the app that they have and upload pictures Thur out the day is such a nice to see them having fun! My kids are always talking nothing but good things about Kindercare and the staff! It gives me a peace of mind knowing that my children are well taken care of while I’m at work !! Love love Kindercare

There aren't many people I trust with my children but the staff there I trust completely. They have personally helped my kids grow and learn new things and am so grateful for this center.
- MOMike OuApr 10, 20181.0We sent our girl to this place 3 half-day per week for about 3 months. She did not like there at all. But this is not the reason I post my review today. Last week we received calls from Collection Agency saying we owed KinderCare $189. Just gave you some background information, for the 3-month period, we never received any statements from KinderCare for our cost so we in person gave KinderCare at Thorndale a check of $189 as agreed each week. For this $189 from Collection Agency, we are not sure if we truly forgot to pay or it was a mistake at KinderCare but we now paid anyway in order to avoid any impact to our credit. NO one from KinderCare called us or sent us a statement for this one payment they think we owed them. Instead, they sent us to Collection Agency directly just for the $189. Don't you think that people who have already paid all the costs would try not pay the $189? How Un-kindness for Kinder Care it is to do such thing!
