- NDNicole DenzlerJun 9, 20251.0I went for a tour of this daycare 06/05/25 because my family is moving to the Reading Area. I was absolutely horrified at how the teachers deal with the children getting upset. I hear teachers screaming at children as soon as I get out my car. My son would be in the toddlers room and I watched a teacher pick up a kid by his hand, lift him in the air and toss aside because he was being bad. As a toddler mom, I get that it can be challenging but to any parents out there. Please see how the teachers handle challenging situations because that told me I will never let my son attend this daycare.

They are very responsive to my emails. We have meetings with the teachers and they tell us how our children are doing and what we can do to help them. They keep us informed with what they do during the day with messages and pictures. My kids enjoy going to there. Cannot say enough about how well our experience has been at KinderCare!
