The environment feels welcoming and relaxing, with an overall sense of safety and warmth throughout the space. Rhonda is highly skilled, emotionally intelligent, and exceptionally perceptive in the way she approaches therapy. What stands out to me most is her ability to thoughtfully respond to different people and communication styles while making clients feel genuinely understood, accepted, and supported. She balances insight, attunement, professionalism, and practical feedback very effectively, and she brings an emotionally mature presence that is rare to find. I've worked with Rhonda in individual, couples, and group therapy settings and have been consistently impressed by the level of care she brings to her work. I've experienced significant growth and healing through our work together. I highly recommend Rhonda and Serenity Counseling to anyone looking for a therapist who is both grounded and compassionate.

I went here a few years ago and quickly realized the owner and staff have practices that made my situation worse. They took my husband on as a client after I told them about the abuse. And worse, while I have no proof, I believe our seperate counselors were sharing confidential information. Overall, coming here empowered my ex and made my situation worse.
