  Today feels like the right day to write this review, as it is our family’s last day at KinderCare after 8 wonderful years. We first came to this center when our older son was just 12 weeks old. I still remember how nerve-racking it felt to leave my baby in the care of people who were, at the time, strangers to us. I was nervous, but the teachers and staff quickly earned our trust—and over the years, they became so much more than caregivers. Our older son had a severe milk allergy as a baby, with frequent projectile vomiting and bloody stools, so we had to be extremely careful about what he ate. When he started solid foods, we spoke with the center about our concerns. His teacher, Ms. Andi, went out of her way to print out a VERY thick packet listing all of the ingredients used in the meals and snacks they served. I never expected that level of effort, and it has always stayed with me. It was such a clear example of how much the teachers here genuinely care about each child and their family. It is hard to put into words how much we appreciate this center and all of the staff. We have been through so much together over these eight years, including COVID, and throughout it all, the center consistently showed how seriously they took the health, safety, and well-being of both the children and the staff. I’ve also always loved the annual family summer picnic. Events like that make the center feel less like a daycare and more like a big extended family. My kids met some of their very best friends all the way back in the infant room. It is pretty special to know that some of those friendships started before they could even talk. Leaving after eight years is incredibly bittersweet. We are so grateful to everyone who has cared for, taught, supported, and loved our children over the years. KinderCare has been such an important part of our family’s life, and we will miss everyone tremendously. Highly recommend this center! Susie

  We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. The teachers are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. My daughter has learned so much, made great friends, and always comes home happy. The staff are warm, communicative, and create a safe, welcoming environment for the kids. I really appreciate the activities they plan and the love they show to every child. We’re very grateful for everything they’ve done and would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a nurturing place for their child. PS: the summer camp is awesome!!!

  My son has attended North Hills KinderCare for over a year and in comparison to toddlers his age who attend other daycares, he is very advanced. One key differentiator for my family would be the care the teachers have for my child. An example of this would be, during the COVID pandemic when all daycares were closed, North Hills KinderCare created a Facebook page where they performed circle time and more for the children. When we inquired with friends as to what other daycares were doing during the pandemic, we realized that North Hills KinderCare was the only daycare helping parents continue to advance their children during this difficult time. I appreciate and recommend North Hills KinderCare.

  Kindercare in the North Hills is an exceptional child care learning center. My 9 year-old has been going there since he was a baby and although he is older now… He still loves going there. The activities and the teachers are truly wonderful. Since COVID-19, this center has instituted many safety check in procedures, and as a healthcare worker, I truly appreciate the concern they show for the kids.

  Nothing but great things to say about the staff at North Hills Kindercare. They are fantastic with communication and it's clear that they really are passionate about what they do. Our son has such a great time there and to see the smile on his face in the pictures they send us is all the reassurance we need to know we made the right choice in choosing this location for him.
