  Staff is qualified, friendly and always reachable for any feedback or questions we may have. We had our oldest attending this center and now our little one is going to. The center director (Krista Giel) is amazing and committed to the education of our kiddos.

  The best daycare hands down. All the teachers are amazing, they really show the care about my boys. Both of my kids enjoy going every single day!

  KinderCare North Hills is absolutely amazing! We were at a different childcare facility but left there after a month due to some issues. We came to KinderCare North Hills and could not be happier! My little guy is happy to go see his teachers in the morning when I drop him off and is happy, smiling, and playing when I pick him up! The teachers and management are warm, welcoming, and caring! The updates I get throughout the day are so wonderful! It has made a world of difference for me and makes it easier for me to go to work knowing I’ll get pictures, videos, and updates throughout the day! I cannot recommend KinderCare North Hills enough!!

  Today feels like the right day to write this review, as it is our family’s last day at KinderCare after 8 wonderful years. We first came to this center when our older son was just 12 weeks old. I still remember how nerve-racking it felt to leave my baby in the care of people who were, at the time, strangers to us. I was nervous, but the teachers and staff quickly earned our trust—and over the years, they became so much more than caregivers. Our older son had a severe milk allergy as a baby, with frequent projectile vomiting and bloody stools, so we had to be extremely careful about what he ate. When he started solid foods, we spoke with the center about our concerns. His teacher, Ms. Andi, went out of her way to print out a VERY thick packet listing all of the ingredients used in the meals and snacks they served. I never expected that level of effort, and it has always stayed with me. It was such a clear example of how much the teachers here genuinely care about each child and their family. It is hard to put into words how much we appreciate this center and all of the staff. We have been through so much together over these eight years, including COVID, and throughout it all, the center consistently showed how seriously they took the health, safety, and well-being of both the children and the staff. I’ve also always loved the annual family summer picnic. Events like that make the center feel less like a daycare and more like a big extended family. My kids met some of their very best friends all the way back in the infant room. It is pretty special to know that some of those friendships started before they could even talk. Leaving after eight years is incredibly bittersweet. We are so grateful to everyone who has cared for, taught, supported, and loved our children over the years. KinderCare has been such an important part of our family’s life, and we will miss everyone tremendously. Highly recommend this center! Susie

  We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. The teachers are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. My daughter has learned so much, made great friends, and always comes home happy. The staff are warm, communicative, and create a safe, welcoming environment for the kids. I really appreciate the activities they plan and the love they show to every child. We’re very grateful for everything they’ve done and would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a nurturing place for their child. PS: the summer camp is awesome!!!
