  My family and I have truly enjoyed our experience with KinderCare and the care they provide for our two boys. As a mother, being able to drop my children off and feel comfortable and at ease is one of the best feelings in the world. I experience separation anxiety, especially because one of my boys is currently nonverbal, which naturally causes me to worry even more about his safety and well-being. KinderCare has given me peace of mind knowing that both of my children are safe, cared for, and supported while Mommy and Daddy are away. The staff has been very accommodating to our family, and I especially appreciate receiving updates and pictures throughout the day. Those small moments help me feel connected to my boys and reassured that they are doing well. My only concern is staffing consistency. I have had to keep my boys home several times because of staff call-offs and early classroom closings. I sincerely hope additional staffing support can be established to reduce these disruptions for families. Aside from that concern, we have had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend KinderCare! Thank you for helping our family feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported.

  Statement Regarding My Experience with KinderCare My experience with KinderCare was extremely disappointing and created a significant hardship for both me and my autistic son. On my son’s very first day, he was sent home after only one hour. He was never given a fair opportunity to adjust to the environment or participate in any type of trial period. Instead, I was informed that he would not be allowed to return unless he had a one-on-one therapist with him. This requirement was never discussed with me before enrollment. In addition to the emotional stress this caused, I also experienced financial hardship. KinderCare charged me a $365 payment for the summer program, and my deposit was $75 more than what I had originally been told it would be. Despite informing me that my son would not be able to attend, no one mentioned a refund or explained the refund process. I had to contact the center myself to ask about getting my money back. Only then was I told that it could take up to 30 days to receive a refund. Since then, I have not received any updates or communication regarding the status of my refund. As the parent of a child with autism, I expected my son to be treated with patience, understanding, and given a reasonable opportunity to succeed. Instead, he was dismissed after only one hour without being given a genuine chance to adjust. The lack of communication, the unexpected financial burden, and the way this situation was handled caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my family. I believe this experience reflects a lack of accommodation, compassion, and transparency, and I hope my concerns are taken seriously so that other families do not experience similar treatment.

  My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost a year now and she loves going there. She always excited to see her teachers in the morning and they do a lot of fun activities for the kids.

  I must say I was a little nervous about my kiddos starting daycare but once they started at KinderCare I was so comfortable with dropping them off knowing they were in good hands. My daughter has progressed so much since she started attending KinderCare. All the staff are very nice and friendly! This daycare would always be my 1st recommendation to any parent!
