- KJKelly JuranAug 5, 20245.0Our daughter was enrolled with kindercare downtown Pittsburgh for a few months, during her enrollment she enjoyed her time. The teachers & staff were all wonderful! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our daughter made many friends and memories during her time there. The kids were always doing new and fun activities daily to promote learning. I would highly recommend kindercare downtown.
- CCCourtney ChambersFeb 25, 20215.0KinderCare Downtown Pittsburgh, is a sigh of a relief in the very complicated world of social distancing and face masks brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. My son first started attending this location in the Toddler classroom, when he was 14 months (now 17 months) after quarantining with my mother and I since birth. From the first week, my son has been captivated by the bright, inviting classrooms, the many art activities plastered on the walls, songs with friends, “strolls on the plaza”, and the overall nurturing environment. I feel very comfortable leaving my son "at school" with dedicated teachers Miss Tracey, Miss Peggy, and Miss Kelly, as he runs into their arms every day prepared to start a new day of learning and fun adventures. Miss Jenn and Miss Melissa follow strict COVID-19 guidelines such as temperature checks, wearing masks, hand sanitizing stations, and disinfecting toys. The one parent/child at a time during drop off/pick up policy continues to provide an extra level of security. Furthermore, all of the KinderCare Downtown Pittsburgh staff are extremely responsive throughout the day sending photos/videos, messages, and emails through the app. They have become like extended family, caring for my son as if he was their own. It takes a village to raise a child and KinderCare Downtown Pittsburgh definitely plays an important part in the process. KinderCare Downtown Pittsburgh is my son’s home away from home, my sense of peace and security. I highly recommend KinderCare Downtown Pittsburgh and their awesome staff! Keep up the good work!
