- CLCheryl LubinskySep 7, 20261.0Before enrolling my daughter at champions child care at stanwood elementary, I specifically explained the custom schedule I required. Champions has assured me through multiple communications that they could accommodate. Their self-service scheduling website, however does not allow such a custom schedule to be created. Their customer service is dismal. Their 1-800 number is useless. I'm told there is an hour wait every time I attempt the 1-800 number. It took 2 emails, a text message and a voicemail to even get the site director, Jasmine Biedrycki, to call me back regarding the scheduling issue that still remains unresolved. This has resulted in $90 worth of tuition fees already paid in the absence of any child care service actually being rendered. Their app is equally as cumbersome to navigate. For example, I have received a notification regarding tie-dye t shirt day, but no practical information. As of this point in time, I have no idea where within the Stanwood elementary school champions is located. Is it in the gym, the cafeteria, the auditorium? I have no idea where I am to drop off or pick up my child. This has caused my daughter to become nervous and myself as well.
