  Unfortunately my family and I have had the worse year imaginable. It started off with the loss of our 2 year old cat very suddenly from an undetectable heart condition. Two weeks later my mother lost her senior dog to a heart condition. Several months later I lost my best friend and literally my everything, my 19 year old dog. A month to the day my mother lost her other dog at 12 to cancer. Each one passed away on a weekend, holiday, or middle of the night. Each time they met us there right away never Once made us feel like an inconvenience or trouble. They comfort you they allow you to take As much time as you need to say goodbye. They give you words of encouragement and comfort. They're like talking to family. From that point on You know that your baby is in good hands. From the nose, print, paw prints, and a lock of the fur Tucked away in a little bag in the box with the ashes, to The sympathy card with a little Wildflower seed pack that they send you in the mail after every single step of the way above and beyond. And honestly, if they Wanted to charge double what the average was I would still pay it for that comfort, but their prices are beyond reasonable. It's one of those professions that you don't think about until it's needed and I cannot say enough good things about this family. I can't recommend them enough And I certainly can't think them enough for being there for my family and I over this last year. You hope to not need the services again, but you know the reality is that you will And I will never go anywhere else no matter what. From the initial phone call to the moment they call to say your baby is ready to come home everything is perfect and done from the hearti.

  Our dog unexpectedly passed away on a Friday evening and we were at a lost on what to do. We called and they came back into the office so we could bring our dog in. They let my husband say his final good byes. We got the cremation back pretty fast and the card we received in the mail afterwards was very thoughtful. They took really good care of our boy.

  Kimba came into our lives knowing she would not be with us for years due to age of 11 and health issues.Quickly became the " mother" to our other 3 furbies with her cuddles, kisses and naptime /bedtime together. Blessed with 2 yrs 5 month before she was called home. The kindness, comfort and compassion from Eternal life given to us and our little lady, touched our hearts knowing that was in good hands and returned to us in her lovely "eternal rest " walnut chest with a lovely plaque with her name...Thank You

  Kind, patient, knowledgeable staff. They made a difficult time a little easier. This was my first time having a pet cremated, Michelle was very helpful. She put my mind at ease the moment she talked to me and explained everything. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and understand. Definitely recommend their services.
