- RRRose2 days ago4.0Hosted a family gathering here recently and came away impressed with how well the space handled a mid-sized crowd. The building has a lot of old-world charm, high ceilings and detailed woodwork that gave the event a more elegant feel than your typical rental hall. Staff coordinating the booking were responsive by email and flexible when we needed to adjust our setup time. Parking lot is decent sized, though it did fill up once most of our guests arrived closer to the start time. Acoustics inside are good for speeches but get a little echoey once music and chatter pick up later in the evening. Kitchen access for our caterer was straightforward, no complaints there. Knocking off one star just because the AC struggled a bit on a warmer day, otherwise this venue delivers a lot of character for a reasonable rental cost.
