- MBMorgan BaublitzDec 3, 20251.0Unprofessional, Seems to just want to make money off you. Tim is terrible. No real help, he rather take the easy way than actually putting in the time and effort to get to the root of things. Tim was seeing us for couples counseling and also was having individual sessions with her but wouldn't do the same for me. Seemed unfair and a conflict of interest. He would just sit there and repeat "there needs to be accountability" but be very vague about who or what he was talking about.

I called over 8 times- left multiple messages with no return call. I even tried different times of the day- all within “business hours” and finally spoke to someone- however they are booked we were unable to schedule.

They have hours 8-8pm and I've never seen that before at a counseling place. Usually you're trying to get an appt and work at the same time. Everyone I have referred has started receiving services.
