  The staff at this daycare showed my family extraordinary kindness during a devastating time, and I’ll never forget it. About 4.5 years ago, I stopped here because I needed to take my husband to the hospital and suddenly needed care for our three young children. Somehow, even in the middle of a medical crisis, the people here made us feel so safe and cared for. I was able to focus on my husband that night knowing my children were in good hands. When I returned many hours later to pick them up, they didn’t charge us for the care because of what our family was going through. My husband has since passed away, and raw, positive moments that happen during the darkest times, like this experience we had with this daycare, really never leave you. Our children are now 8, 10, and 12, and their memory of that day wasn’t the emergency their dad was going through. They remember going somewhere new to play, meeting nice new people, and having a super fun time. I’ll forever be grateful to the wonderful people who were operating this facility that day. My children AND I felt incredibly held and cared for during a moment when we desperately needed it. I never got the chance to thank you properly, and I hope this review finds all the people who were there with my kids that day. Thank you ❤️

  This is the absolute best place for your child while you’re at work or just afternoon care. I was a widowed father with a 3 year old and the staff here is the best!!!

  I can't say enough about T&K. Marnie and her team quickly felt like an extension of our family. My son loved it there, as did my husband and I. Fun, caring, learning environment.

  I can say so much, But I don't think I need to waste my breath, Coming from a former employee please by all means do NOT send your kids there! May all seem nice people when you walk through the door, but when you walk out it's a Whole different story.

  Staff is rude! They pull your child from your arms as they're screaming and obviously scared of the employees. They talk back and down to you! It's nothing but pure chaos in there. One big room sectioned off by babygates and bookshelves is a recipe for disaster. When concerns are brought up they brush them off and don't acknowledge them. They also dont know or care to know your childs name. Smh. Let me also go into detail about how they dont change your childs diaper. Or better yet your childs completely potty trained and they put them in a diaper, refuse to take them to the bathroom, let them pee on themselves all day to the point that the diaper is so soggy their clothes are wet and they make them stay in it all day, because theyre too lazy to take them to use the restroom. However if you saw how gross their restroom was you'd choose to wet your pants too. Its pretty sad that the staff has one tv that they watch while the children all watch another tv. Lets not forget to mention every disease that you can contract known to man is there. They think its totally acceptable to let the kids not wear shoes or socks because "its just not worth fighting with them over". These are all issues and complaints that have been brought up numerous times to the owner, and the response was less than stellar. It was more about the review post and not the concerns of the child. Its obvious that the children are not the priority here, only the money is. One child leaves 10 more will come walking right in. As a mom as well as an educator I would NEVER put my child here even as a last resort. I feel sorry my boyfriend's daughter has to go through this because of the circumstances. Im going to update this AGAIN. Every time we have to get my boyfriend's daughter from this establishment theres a new concern about them. This time its about her teacher Ms. Amanda hitting her and other children. This is not ok. Nor should it be allowed or tolerated. Shame shame shame on this place for allowing all this abuse to go on and claim that their a family establishment.
