  My child has only been at the center for a few months and there has been a few issues. The worst and the one I cannot look past just happened 2 days ago. My child was moved to a different room which I would have been fine with but they had my child participate in water play. It was not my child's scheduled water play day. I received a picture of my child on the app with no shirt on and just socks. I sent a message through the app and received no response. I was at the center about 2 hours later. I asked what happened and I was told he took his shoes off because they were wet. I asked if sunscreen was applied and I was told yes. He was returned to me with wet sneakers. No attempt to dry them. No one asked my permission to have him participate especially since he had no towel, no water shoes, no bathing suit. I got my son home and found he had sunburn. I immediately took a picture and sent it through the app stating I needed a call first thing in the morning. I took him to the center the next day and showed the assistant director the sunburn on him at what time I was told they never said they applied sunscreen. Clearly they hadn't. I requested an incident report in writing of what happened and it took several calls to get someone to finally put in writing they did not apply sunscreen to him. water play was at 1pm. The hottest part of the day. They let him go outside with no shirt and never bothered to put sunscreen on him. I have sunscreen at the school with a form completed for them to be able to apply sunscreen. The sheer stupidity and lack of accountability on so many levels here is insane. Do not send your kid here.

  My daughter has been attending since the fall and loves it! Miss Chasity was such a kind and involved teacher! My daughter loves her and learned so much from her! She's moved up levels now and is learning so much! The entire staff is amazing! I love the app, it makes watching her day so easy.

  I never leave reviews, but as a first time mother during a pandemic I feel like it's necessary to let people know how great this center is. Putting a baby in daycare is stressful enough without a pandemic. The staff did everything to ease my concerns about daycare before my baby was even born and continue to be extremely helpful since he started attending. They talked my husband and I through all the safety protocols they are following due to COVID and took the time to reassure us on all our concerns. You get the feeling that the staff truly care about all the kids there and they are always helpful and willing to work with you. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for quality child care.
