  I can write a whole lot on here about this center but I want to recognize a few staff. I would like to thank Nikki, or as my son would call her, 'Ms. Micky', who works in the kitchen and makes the most delicious meals for those kiddos. She never made me or my child feel unwelcomed. She went above and beyond for everyone in this center. She is the HEART of this KinderCare. This center does not deserve her! I hope she sees that. Kiersten is one of the 3/4 year old teachers and she is also amazing. Sam, you are also amazing. I give THEM 5 stars. The reason for the one star, is the conflicts I had with the director, Morgan and asst. director, Paige. I will just say this, if your child is having ANY developmental delays, including speech, social emotional, and his having behavior issues due to these delays or is the same age as my child; 3 years old, this place is NOT for your child. The center overall is not trained to handle children with developmental delays of any kind. I would not call this center a place for learning. It is more of a babysitters center. My child was pushed out of this center due to his behaviors towards 'staff and friends'. He is currently in the works of getting services with IU13 and a behavioral health consultant. They knew I was in the process and still discharged him leaving me with the stress to find care elsewhere and making me feel like my child is horrible. My child is sweet and kind. He just has a few developmental delays that are being worked on and this center did not make that easy for him. He did not want to be there at all because of the lack of compassion some staff had and avoidance they had with my son when he entered the room. It was not welcoming. So, before you decide to enroll your child, read this review and take my advice.

  Handed my application in a month ago for my daughter to enter the August Preschool program. They lost it, shredded it, or maybe even threw it in the trash. When asked for them to find it because my daughter information on there, whomever I was talking to said that information won’t be on there. My important information was lost, Seemed unorganized to me. Not professional at all.

  This daycare is an amazing place!. Very clean with great staff that are friendly and very welcoming. My children have been going here for 6 months and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare. I get sent pictures daily on the KinderCare app that keeps me updated with my kids throughout the day, which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend sending your kids to this daycare!

  I have been taking my kids here for 2+ years, I have dealt with the Infant room, Pre-K room and K5 room, all the teachers/staff members are amazing! I have never had an issue. Also their summer program for the older kids is great!! My children love it here and I feel good knowing that they are in good hands. Definitely recommended.

  My daughter went here for a year and it was the worst experience. The director of this facility needs to be changed! Every interaction I had with her was unpleasant. We had an incident with our daughter while she was in their care and the way the situation was handled was most unsettling thing I had experienced. Kids will get cuts and scrapes- it's a part of growing up and that isn't my complaint but rather than reassuring us she argued and brought me to tears. To top it off, we had to request an incident report be written for our 2 year old- an incident where our daughter had to be taken to an urgent care (not a small cut or scrape).
