- BPBal PradhanAug 28, 20261.0I feel deeply disappointed and hurt by my child’s very first experience at this school. My child is only 3 years old. On his first day, he had a bathroom accident and wet his clothes. I had already provided two extra changes of clothes for him, so there was absolutely no reason for him to be left sitting in the bathroom. One of the extra outfits was not even touched. Instead of helping him change into the clean clothes I had provided or contacting me to let me know what had happened, my child was made to sit in the bathroom until we arrived for pickup because they assumed it was time for him to go home. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to see what my innocent 3-year-old had gone through. He is only three. Accidents happen at this age, especially when a child is adjusting to a completely new environment. He deserved patience, understanding, and compassion—not to be left sitting in a bathroom. What hurts me the most is seeing the impact this experience has had on him. Since that day, he has been refusing to go back to school. His very first experience should have made him feel safe, welcomed, and cared for. Instead, it has left him afraid and unwilling to return. I understand that caring for young children can be challenging, and accidents happen. But the way this situation was handled was extremely upsetting to me as a parent. I trusted the school to care for my child, and I expected him to be treated with kindness and dignity, especially during a vulnerable moment. I truly hope the school takes this situation seriously and reflects on how it handles young children who have accidents. No 3-year-old should leave their first day of school feeling this way.Plz don't send your children to this school.

- SRStephanie RedmondSep 4, 20191.0Would never recommend this place to anyone. The teachers scream and yell at the children. Children curse and yell at the teachers. Teachers are on their phones more than they pay attention to the children. Not worth all the money they charge for tuition.
