I do not recommend Bright Horizon Daycare.
Children with autism and mental health disabilities are not treated equally here. There were constant daily complaints about behaviors related to a diagnosed disability, without any real effort to provide support or reasonable accommodations until complaints were made.
My grandchild was often excluded from interacting with other children, which is extremely concerning for both development and inclusion. Instead of working with the family, the daycare repeatedly threatened to “pause” care every other week because of these behaviors.
The frequent calls for early pick of my grandson created overwhelming stress and instability, to the point where it nearly forced my daughter to leave nursing school.
In addition, the director, Bridget, demonstrated very poor people skills and a lack of professionalism when communicating with parents, which only added to the stress of the situation.
We have taken them out of this facility and would only hope the CEO would invest more time into educating his faculty on how to properly and equally care for children protected under the ADA.
Every child deserves patience, understanding, and equal treatment—especially those with special needs. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

This daycare was God sent to us. My 2 kids have been going there for 2 months now and they love it. It’s clean, very well designed for kids and the staff are Amazing!!!
The Director and Assistant Director take our temperatures every morning and they are always very welcoming. The teachers seem very well selected group of people that really care. My kids have Miss Melanie and Miss Christine. They constantly talk about them at home so I get the scoop and it’s alway positive. It make my heart warm knowing they are in good hands and I am grateful for that.
