The nursing team is consistently kind—overworked, yet still able to care for the patients with compassion. My mom enjoys going to Mass six days a week.

- HDHoward DurcanJun 9, 20261.0Visit was interrupted by a 1 dozen nurses yelling at the other patient because she's hard-of-hearing nowhere for us to sit down. I had to stand the whole time and couldn't hear each other. Overall, the yelling for over an hour. So we just had to leave, not to mention all the neglect that we see every time we're there, it's a different issue
