  We are Still considering options for our Dads long term care. We filled out some forms on the Truewood cite and completed a survey that asked some very thought provoking questions that we never would have considered. We heard from Joanna almost immediately and arranged for a tour. She accommodated our schedule, gave us a very thorough walk through and answered all our questions. From the time we arrived the facility felt comfortable and well organized and well maintained. Hope to schedule a follow up visit with the rest of the family next week. Getting Dad to consider assisting living will be a challenge, but Truewood certainly checks all the boxes.

  My husband Frank and I had the pleasure of touring Truewood Glen Riddle in Media, PA. This senior assistant living residence was very nice both inside and the beautiful nature surrounding it. The building appeared well maintained , provides individual living quarters with small kitchenette. Also there are several areas for activities and entertainment. The dining hall was spacious and menus for all meals change daily and seem to be nutritious. The only drawback for my brothers needs is that the transportation to appointments does not include personal assistance . We would recommend Truewood Glen Riddle.

  Our family has had a wonderful experience at Truewood. The staff is caring, friendly, and compassionate in their interactions with the residents, as well as their families.Truewood is always welcoming and well-maintained. They offer plenty of activities and social opportunities to get their residents engaged and active. Communication with the families is also excellent, which gives us peace of mind that our family member is being well monitored and cared for.
