Bill was fantastic in handling everything during such a hard time. James was also great in handling everything in the beginning. The communication was stellar. I was not a decision maker in any of the planning, but family members who were say she was so caring, compassionate, and patient that she made the process easy. I attended all 4 services so I can say they were appropriately solemn yet deeply touching and personal. At the viewings, church services, graveside services, and gatherings afterward she was caring, patient, and respectful of everyone. She was also good at thinking on her feet to accommodate late-comers and unexpected delays, highway detours, and so on.
