  I just felt I had to do this. Now I will be brief. I filled an application out I would say ver 6 months ago. Did the test and all requirements asked for. Came to the office twice. So Ms Helen said I was good. So I called to see if I could get a client they claim they had none at the time. Waited called back a lady said I wasn’t in the system talk to Helen (HR). Let me say I have called a spoke to her multiple times and been told she would see what’s wrong. So I never got any calls back. One lady told me when I called and said I’m not official till I get an offer letter and rate of pay. Ok like I said contacted HR and nothing. So I called today Helen is on the phone so Carisha ( forgive me if I spelled it wrong) called me back to say they decided not to move forward with my application. I said can I ask why she started stammering and stuttering cause she had no legit restorer then Helen dropped the ball and didn’t want to fix it. Now I read the bad reviews before I applied but I try to see for myself. But because you mess up you take the low road. So I can only imagine everything else. I tried to look past the waist trainers and the gossip and the unprofessionalism when I was in the office. But this is so sad. I’m not mad but I’ve have never seen such nonsense. Again I did all paperwork and every time I called I was pleasant and low key. And yes it’s there discretion but all I did was call to obtain employment. So just know you may go through all the expectations but because they aren’t focused you get cut. Over 6 months and you still had reason and maybe I was silly to keep pursuing. But I’d love to hear an answer from this family orientated employee focused owner but I know I won’t but I feel like future candidates should be warned before applying Unbelievable. 😳

  Granny Helping hands has been around for 25 years that’s dedication speaks for itself. It is dedicated to providing care for the elderly and doing so with dignity. They always go over in beyond to give back to the community. I know the owner personally and I know she has put a lot of love in building this business and would do the best to resolve any issues that arise. It saddens me that no one wants to allow anyone to fix a problem . I only ask others reading this review that you base this company based off your own experience and not those of person that wrote these previous comments in anger.

  Customer services is horrible, they are rude no other way around it. Family owned so nothing will ever be corrected. Lack accountability and organization. Any positive review is most likely from a staff member themselves
