  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel other parents deserve to be aware of my experience. My daughter has attended this daycare since she was 9 months old and is now 16 months old. During that time, there have been several safety incidents that have left me deeply concerned. She has been bitten multiple times, including twice in one day. Most recently, I was notified that another child fell out of a chair and onto my daughter, leaving her with bruising on her face, swelling around her eye, scratches, and visible marks. I understand that toddlers have accidents, and I know no daycare can prevent every incident. However, the number and severity of the injuries my daughter has experienced have made me question whether there is adequate supervision and whether enough is being done to keep the children safe. As a parent, you trust that your child will be cared for in a safe environment. My experience has unfortunately shaken that trust. I encourage other parents to ask questions about supervision policies, staff-to-child ratios, and how repeated incidents are handled before making a decision. My hope is that this daycare takes these concerns seriously and makes whatever changes are necessary to improve the safety of every child in their care. 3 directors and my daughter only been here for 7 months says a lot

  my daughter attended kinder care for 1 year and I can say my daughters INFANT classroom was the only classroom I cared for. My daughter had issues that I was not told about. Scratches and bruises I found and asked the school, which they did NOT ever have an answer for. Lunches that were made for my child that would SIT in her bag all day, including milk. Not including incidents where I had to pick my child up, because there were not enough teachers present. I would think a million times before putting your children in this daycare center. I have walked into the center multiple times finding something new to dislike. I can shout out a few teachers that took care of my daughter.. but I can’t speak for everyone. 3 directors within a YEAR should tell you all you need to know.

  My child has some great teachers and the curriculum has been so good for him. I am not as pleased with the amount of closures, but understand the shortage of staff in this post-covid world.

  I went here for a tour and caught major red flags. I waited for 5 minutes at the door until someone was available to buzz me in and then another 15-20 minutes inside on a dirty sofa because no one was available to give me the tour (even though they knew I was coming at that time). While waiting, I overheard a teacher yelling at a kid. They had about 10 toddlers in one room with only one person to watch them (the ratio is legally 1 adult to 5 toddlers). The tables were still dirty from the previous meal. None of the "teachers" were teaching or doing any type of learning activity for the children, though they have a curriculum set up. For the price they are asking, you could go to a Montessori or Goddard school and get MUCH better than the babysitter care you get here. Overall impression: This is a babysitter that is over priced.

  This place WAS good, until the last director retired. She was replaced by a 22 year old girl, who looks befuddled all the time. There are NO cameras to record what's going on. What are they trying to hide??? Other than the befuddled director, it seems like it's all males. And NO CAMERAS??? Major red flag!
