  When I first moved to the Phoebe Miller Building, I honestly hated it. Moving into assisted living was a huge culture shock, and it took me time to adjust to my new surroundings and way of life. Now, almost a year later, I can honestly say that I am grateful for the experience. The nursing staff and management have been incredibly supportive, caring, and helpful throughout my transition. Their patience, kindness, and dedication have made a difficult adjustment much easier. I truly appreciate everyone at Phoebe Miller Building who has taken the time to care for me, listen to me, and help me feel more comfortable. What started as a place I never wanted to be has become a place where I feel thankful to be cared for and call home. ❤️

  The nurses are very good , very patient and very kind. The food is outstanding. The p t department got me walking again. I love it here.

  My husband is at Phoebe. I'm very thankful for the staff and the activities they have at Bridgeway. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I also am thankful for the updates the administration gives me. Its helpful to know what medical things are going on with my husband. I would recommend Phoebe to my friends.

  My first experience with Phoebe Allentown was when the team stepped in to assist my family with giving the best care possible to my eldest sister Hilda Nhgle. Years later I’ve been fortunate enough to move into Phoebe Miller and experience the love and joy created by the team here. Phoebe Miller is a Wonderful Place to Call Home I am truly grateful for the care and kindness we have received during our time here. From the moment I arrived, we have been treated with respect, compassion, and genuine kindness. I would especially like to recognize Maryanne, Michael, Laura, Rachel, and Louise who is always so kind, caring, and helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure we all feel comfortable, supported, and valued. There warm personalities and willingness to help mean so much to me and my family. We also want to thank the rest of the staff for everything they do each day. They work hard to provide a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for everyone. It is clear that they genuinely care about the community. Phoebe Miller truly feels like home. I am thankful to be here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and comfortable assisted living community.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize the wonderful staff at the Miller Building at Phoebe, especially Jonas, Michael, and Louise. They consistently show kindness, patience, and genuine compassion toward the residents. Their professionalism and willingness to help make a positive difference every day. It is clear that they truly care about the people they serve, and their dedication does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Jonas, Michael, and Louise, for all that you do to make the Miller Building a welcoming and caring place for the residents and their families
