  KinderCare in Tigard, OR provides outstanding child care for my grandson Levi. They provide attentive, loving and safe care for all and have fully embraced and support my grandson's unique situation. Emma and Karen are exceptional care givers in the infant room as was Chelsea. We highly recommend them!

  Shout out to Center Director Lisa Krohn! I have two kiddos that started this week and neither have been exposed to group settings before now. Lisa was friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. I had many questions and she addressed and answered every singe one of them. I really appreciate her support and dedication to high quality care for the children and their families. One of the children have a diagnosed eating issue and the chef was SO open to helping them have food and beverages to keep them on a healthy track. Their app is top notch and keeps me informed daily. Very happy and grateful for this center to help the children be safe, engaged, educated, and healthy!

  Well where should I start. When I first call the the daycare to set up at tour they didn't even take my name or number down. When I showed up for my tour they didn't even know I was supposed to come. And was just scrambling to find everything to give me. Then at the end she said just turn in the paper work when your ready to start your little one and the director should give you a call later on today. Which I never did get a call and I forgot all about it cause I was working and moving. So I did what the lady said I turned the paper work in a couple of days before she would need to start. Then I was told she wouldn't be able to start because that wasn't enough time. And that I was suppose to fill everything out online not the paper work that the lady GAVE ME. The lady said the director is on vacation and you have to wait until Monday to give her to call for an ordered your daughter to start. So I called the director on Monday about my paperwork she said she had a big stack of paper that she needs to go through on her desk. And that she would give me a call later that day remind you that was 8 in the morning. Never got a call back so I decided to give her a call at 4:30 p.m. she said she was helping out in the classroom so she didn't have time to go through all the paperwork that was on her desk and said she would give me a call back later this evening. She never gave me a call back which I felt was very unprofessional. I would not take my child here if this was the last daycare on the Earth very rude very unprofessional. And it's obvious the director doesn't know what she's doing and is well over her head.
