  The staff is great. They care for my mom like their own. Alexis the nurse, America her RCC and Reta the Administrator, all are so knowledgeable and responsive. All the other direct care nursing assistants and med techs are amazing!! I wish had had all their names. Carmen is a wonderful activities coordinator., too!!!

  Our experience with both Sweet Bye n Bye and their neighboring memory care facility Reflections has been exceptional. Our loved one was in their care for 3 and a half years until they passed at the beginning of March. The staff and administrators have always been attentive and professional. The caregivers are genuinely concerned and personal with both our family member and us. We have such a warm feeling when we see all of them. Their support through all phases puf care have been fantastic. We have had other experiences with other care homes and know these folks are the best. Thank you to all the staff! We appreciate all you have done. You made our day to day way more easier with the care you gave to our family. V.Lamb

  I can't say enough wonderful things about The Sweet Bye and Bye, a truly exceptional memory care facility. First and foremost, they are a faith-based facility that starts each day with prayer. I have confidence that my brother will receive love and care because of the owners/staff's commitment to their faith and the one and the commitment to the one they have faith in.. Also, the staff's deep understanding of the residents is remarkable; just after three weeks they knew my brother so well that, even in moments when he couldn't communicate, they instantly recognized he was in medical distress and took swift action to call an ambulance, and reached out many times asking about him while he was in the hospital. They were so helpful and flexible when it came time to move my brother in. They went way out of their way to accommodate our move-in schedule. This facility is the perfect choice for families who realize they may no longer have the ability or expertise to manage their loved one's dementia. At The Sweet Bye and Bye, my brother and I feel like family, and the same goes for the other residents. I appreciate that it's a smaller facility, which ensures that my brother receives the attention he deserves without the risks of being overlooked, yet it's still large enough to provide social interaction without becoming monotonous. The staff is incredibly loving and dedicated. During my visits, which I make twice a week, I always see them actively engaging with the residents. They offer a variety of enjoyable activities to keep everyone active and stimulated, while also respecting each individual's pace and needs. If you're seeking a caring and attentive environment for your loved ones, I highly recommend considering The Sweet Bye and Bye. It truly is a special place!
