  ⭐⭐⭐ Macy and Sons Funeral Home went above and beyond for our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. From start to finish, they handled my mom’s service with incredible professionalism, compassion, and care. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, which made the planning process feel seamless and far less overwhelming than we ever expected it could be. The entire staff was understanding, patient, and genuinely comforting, always making sure we felt supported and never rushed. They took the time to listen to our needs and wishes and ensured everything was carried out exactly the way we hoped. Andrew, in particular, deserves special recognition. He was exceptional—calm, kind, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. His guidance and reassurance made a world of difference, and his compassion truly helped our family through a very emotional time. We are deeply grateful to Macy and Sons for honoring my mom so beautifully and for treating our family with such dignity and respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services.

  Four years prior to my mom's passing, we set up the memorial service and plans. That made it so much easier when the time came. When my mom passed, Glen Macy gently assisted us in taking my mom into their care. Then Andrew thoughtfully helped with the final couple of details. It was as smooth as I could hope for during a difficult time. The day of the service, Andrew made sure everything was exactly the way my mom and our family wanted it. Thank you.

  The death of a loved one is always so difficult. Andrew Anderson went above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible. Andrew guided us through pre planning and even picked my brother up in Salem. Andrew always listened and supported me during my time of grief. I would whole heartedly recommend Andrew and Macy and Sons. They make a difficult time much easier.

  Andrew Anderson has been the most caring and thoughtful person when dealing with the loss of a loved one. We have worked with him when my mom, brother and brother in law passed. All 3 experiences were very positive. We prefer working with Andrew for his ability to listen and understand our requests and handle difficult situations professionally.

  Honestly and genuinely disgusted at the extremely cold demeaner of Andrew with whom we spoke with on the phone. I would highly advise taking your business anywhere else....per Andrew "It's just good business practice" I have now spoken with two other funerals homes as we are having to arrange getting our loved one across the state to be buried. Both of the other homes we spoke with were kind, caring and compassionate! The kindness one would expect, in such sad circumstances. Mavy's and Son's provided nothing but cold and calousness. Again, it is my recommendation you take your business ANYWHERE else.
