- KIKay IrwinJul 14, 20255.0I was extremely satisfied with the service from The Key which provided 5 months of care for my husband, enabling me to care for him at home until the day he passed away. Breanne was always professional and caring in her response to our changing situation. She quickly helped to assess our need for the next level of care to bring in "Housecall Providers Hospice" (also an excellent care team) which gave me the additional support needed. Caregiver Maria Barajas, a warm and caring person, went the extra mile every day to help with his care and he declared that Maria was his best friend! Jael Solorio gave extra support coming every Sunday to help us. Thank you! Thank you!
- SSSarah SmithSep 19, 20221.0Frequently canceled or did not have workers. Did not show up for shift 3 times in two weeks. Did not notify family that there was no worker on one shift until 3 hours after shift started. Parent not able to get up or get fed. (Neglect). One caregiver took frequent smoke breaks and didn't do any housework. One caregiver wouldn't bathe or take parent to bathroom as needed. Messed up medications at least once. I received emergency call from granddaughter that parent was falling out of chair when caregiver left. Different caregiver dropped parent. (911 was called). Awful service. Not reliable. They even sent someone that didn't speak English. Parent didn't speak Spanish and couldn't communicate with her. Do not use this service.
