  My friend Wanda Foster invited us for lunch. The service and food was excellent. The facility was very clean. I can see why she is so happy living at Merrill Gardens.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about this senior living community in Hillsboro, Oregon, especially when it comes to the care and kindness they have shown my pseudo-grandmother, Wanda Foster. Wanda is incredibly special to our family, and finding a place where we could feel confident that she was safe, respected, cared for, and genuinely valued was so important to us. From the very beginning, we have been so grateful for the welcoming atmosphere and the compassion shown by the staff. What stands out most is that Wanda is treated like a person, not simply a resident. The staff takes the time to get to know her, listen to her, and make her feel at home. She especially enjoys the wonderful meals and looks forward to having delicious food prepared for her each day. It is such a simple thing, but having meals she enjoys and doesn’t have to worry about preparing herself has made such a positive difference for her. We are also incredibly grateful for the personal care she receives every day. The staff is attentive to her individual needs and treats her with patience, kindness, and dignity. Knowing that someone is there to help her and make sure she is comfortable gives our entire family such peace of mind. It is a comfort knowing that Wanda is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her well-being and want her to feel happy, comfortable, and included. The community has given our family peace of mind, and that is an incredible gift. I am so thankful for the staff members who go above and beyond each day. Caring for seniors takes patience, compassion, and a heart for people, and those qualities are evident here. If you are looking for a senior living community for someone you love, I would absolutely recommend taking the time to visit and get to know this community. For our family, it has been such a blessing to know that Wanda is cared for by people who treat her with the dignity, kindness, and respect she deserves. Thank you to everyone who has played a part in making this place feel like home for our very special Wanda. We are truly grateful for each and every person who cares for her. ❤️

  Merrill Gardens is a wonderful facility. We recently moved in and the whole experience has been great!

  Foods, family events, and bingo are all fun. Staff seems friendly.

  It's a wonderful place. I visit Terri and Lee frequently. The staff are very friendly. The decore is inviting, modern and just beautiful.
