- HGHannah GarstAug 12, 20265.0I’ll never be able to express in words the amazing level of care and attention my daughter received from the teachers and staff members at Chapman. My daughter attended Chapman for roughly 3 years and just finished her last day on Friday. When she came to the center, she was very delayed in speech and had very little socialization from a rather rough start in life. Within months, I barely recognized my child…she was speaking in fairly cohesive sentences and developing strong bonds with her teachers and her classmates. I was floored! On our last day, I left with a boisterous, confident, and kindergarten ready little girl. I never thought that would be possible, and I owe it all to the teachers and caretakers at Chapman. I also owe them the peace of mind they gave me knowing my daughter was well care for while I worked some long, rough shifts and a fair amount of overtime. I truly mean it when I say that I would not have survived, being a single mom, without their care and support! You truly cannot choose a better place for childcare!
- JLJennifer LuongJul 6, 20261.0This place has been recommended by multiple people who had used this location and by previous employees. I was also late in the game looking for infant care. When I toured I was impressed with the facilities and program, but the tour employee could not give me a timeline on when a spot would be available. If it was 2-3 months vs 10-12 months. The director was out so I contacted the office again the following day but no one was able to get back to me. I was instructed to join the waitlist on their app ($100). The email I received back that “offers are typically sent 30-90 days out (sometimes earlier) so if you are not looking for care within the next 90-120 days, I will be in touch closer to your requested start date” I had requested an Aug start at the beginning of April so 4 months from when I needed care. I did not get a reply until the end of June that their waitlist is 8-12 months out. This feels scammy that they can’t tell you what their waitlist is until you pay and then you find out they don’t even have space for your child. They have also dodged my emails asking for a refund of my deposit. Just so everyone knows that their waitlist is a secret you have to pay to know and you basically have to join the list before you even know you’re pregnant which is wild to me.

I have never had one situation where I’ve had any level of concern about the care being provided for our son. He loves Chapman and so do we!! The absolute best, most caring staff and the best place you could send your little one(s)!! 💙
