  Love the counselors! I truly owe my life to one in particular. She coached me through some really difficult times and thought me two valuable lessons- don’t drink the kool aid and keep the gate shut! Thank you!

  I had a very rude experience with one of the counselors. I won’t say her name out of respect, but you know who you are. She was incredibly passive-aggressive and often talked about her own personal problems instead of focusing on mine. I felt like she didn’t care about me and was only in it for the paycheck. She body-shamed me and started our sessions 30 minutes late, seemingly to minimize the time spent talking to me. I could definitely tell she disliked me, and she was extremely judgmental. Please do better and ensure this doesn’t happen again. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I went through.

  The lack of consistency is appalling. My child has been enrolled with Multi-County Counseling since the end of January. Out of the approximate 21 appointments that we have had scheduled with them my child has been seen 5 of those appointments and 2 intakes. It has instilled distrust in them and us for councelors. Since January, my child's first counselor lied about going to the appointments at the school. Their records show he went 2 times to the school out of months worth of appointments but, shocker, only showed up one time. Now, his new counselor likes to go home early.... every week. And what does that do? It kicks my child off of her schedule for the day. She texts us, giving us not even an hour notice. Multiple times we have been driving, on our way there, and she canceled. This place needs to be shut down because in my opinion, it's doing more harm than good for these kids.

  Multi county counseling has been a joke. We had enrolled one if our kids here back in dec/January and have had nothing but a bad experience. Last minute cancelations, terrible communications, changing therapists. Not to mention one of the therapists saying they went to the school for an appointment but my kid says they didn't. We have stressed time and time again about the importance of consistency but it seems as if they don't have the best interest of the kids in mind. I can not recommend multi county counseling to anyone for any reason.
