  We sent our daughter to Creme de la Creme in Oklahoma beginning when she was just 3 months old, and we experienced repeated problems throughout our time there. In my view, many of the issues stemmed from poor staff training, weak supervision, and an inability to retain qualified teachers. One of the most concerning incidents happened when my daughter was about 6 months old and her bottle was given to another child, despite it being labeled. That is a basic safety and care failure. On another occasion, a teacher put Vaseline in her hair in an apparent attempt to style it, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Although the school looks impressive from the outside, our experience was that the operations behind the scenes were poorly managed. Staff turnover seemed constant, discipline and accountability were lacking, and the facility often smelled unpleasant. There were also times when it smelled strongly of marijuana, which was extremely alarming for a childcare environment. Management turnover is also another big issue at this place. Unfortunately, we felt stuck because other daycares had long waitlists, but based on our experience, I would not recommend sending your child here.

  Easily accessed, great security for the children, all glass enclosed rooms from infant to after school programs so that all youngsters are in easy sight at all times, innovative spaces like an indoor gym and kids cooking area, recently developed/updated curriculum, dedicated staff.

  My daughter loved her time with Miss Millie and Miss Nayely here! She still talks about her time with them and calls them her friends!

  As a first time mom, it was really difficult to go back to work after maternity leave. I struggled to leave my baby at daycare for the first time. She was only 2 months when she started! I cried so hard on her first day and the staff was so kind and reassuring. They called me throughout the first couple of days just to let me know my baby was doing okay. We are a couple of months in now and we LOVE Creme. The staff all genuinely care about the kids and know all of them by name - even if they aren't in their class. The teachers take such great care of my daughter while I'm at work and she loves them so much. She gets to learn and play and try new things! I've learned a lot from the teachers myself! She always has a dry diaper and she's always fed on time. I love that they log her feedings and diaper changes in the app so I can keep tabs on her thoughout the day. Also - I love the photos and videos they send. I also love that when they post photos or videos of activities, they share how it helps my daughter learn and grow. Plus, the environment is just fun and light hearted.10/10 would recommend Creme.
