  I left this review before my dad‘s headstone was placed and it won’t let me create another one but now I have to come back on here and brag about the amazing workers who installed my dads headstone not only did they do a great job with my daddy’s headstone my grandma and aunt’s stone was next to him and they cleaned everything up cleaned up all 3 stones I know it was hot but they still went above and beyond you can tell when someone doesn’t take pride in their work if you choose to work with southwest monuments you won’t be disappointed Lacy called me told me it was finished told me I can come by and Look over it before it went out to the cemetery I asked Her if she verified, everything was correct (Of course she did because she’s amazing) I told her I trusted her And I wanted to see it in person at the cemetery And I’m glad I did! Thanks again to the wonderful people who work for Southwest monuments! Lacey Souders Is absolutely amazing to work with I have a big family and she listened to everyone no one felt like like they were being left out Southwest monuments treats you like family I had my toddler with me and they even had toys in the office to keep her busy while we we’re making our decisions on my dad‘s headstone thank you so much for being so kind and caring Lacey ❤️definitely forever grateful for you!

  Miss Ashley from SWM was an awesome person, went to SWM two months after my wife's passing, she was so kind and nice to my daughter and I. Miss Ashley gave us the time to think about all the options. No pressure of any sell pitch. We didn't finalize quickly. The communication was little slower than I expected and may be we were in hurry to finish. The SWM did a amazing job on the stone and the picture.of my wife please give Miss Ashley a raise .
