  I could not be happier to have chosen Iris Memory Care Edmond for my mom. Placing a loved one with dementia in a facility is one of the most stressful things I’ve had to do. All of my dealings with the staff have been wonderful, and they were so kind and compassionate.

  My mom lives at Iris Memory Care in NW Oklahoma City. What an absolute blessing it has been. My mom is treated with respect, compassion, and love. Since she has arrived, she has actually thrived. They have found a way to bring joy in the midst of such a devastating disease. I have had experience with other Memory Care facilities and this is such a different experience. Before my mom even moved in they took time to get to know her. They asked so many questions about her life, her loves, her hobbies, her dislikes. The list goes on. I have never had a facility care anything about that regarding a loved one in memory care. The staff are wonderful. I also love that they have a very low turnover rate. I see the same faces over and over. That is very important for loved ones with dementia. Everything about Iris Memory Care is set up with your loved ones care first and foremost,

  This is the best facility I've been in contact with and used. I've been in many facilities that I would never put a family member in because they were not hygienic, well staffed, and the service was not satisfactory, but Iris is the complete opposite! Love everything about it.

  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Very impressed with the staff and how much they truly care about each and every member. Facilty is nice and is kept clean.

  I feel it only right to share with the public that although reviews are sometimes helpful, they are not always dependable. I am the administrator of Heritage Point of Oklahoma City and it saddens me to see negative comments left by individuals who are obviously not connected to us in any way shape or form. Our families know that we strive hard to please and care for our residents and never would we allow such blatant negligence as suggested occur. I encourage you to visit our campus and talk with our families and staff… you’ll see and feel the positive difference right away! We are blessed and honored to care for the individuals entrusted to us and it is for them that I must stand up and defend their reputation as this is their home and it should be respected as such. The next time somebody chooses to write a negative comment, please consider those you are attacking. If indeed you do have an issue or concern, please bring it to my attention as I know through good communication, all things can be resolved.
