We didn’t have this Krista person though. She sounds great. This place made it very stressful for us. Will never use them again.

No way to make it “easier” at all. But, they were helpful, patient, kind…and my dad’s service ended up beautiful…they have reached out a couple times in the weeks after to offer help with anything or resources that may be needed.
