In 1964, a remarkable group of parents had the incredible vision to establish Bridges - a nonprofit organization committed to giving individuals with developmental disabilities access to vocational training and resources that would help them lead more independent lives.
Since then, Bridges has continued creating meaningful connections between individuals, families and the community through job placements services as well as on-the-job training opportunities. This mission allows us to work together towards upholding our shared purpose of empowering those we serve in achieving improved quality of life for themselves and all around them!
