I came in this place to purchase a tombstone for my stillborn baby we had last year the lady that works the desk understood my situation and did everything in her power to help me. Mantane my buget it was the best buying experience ever. It was old times business. Basically business done on a handshake I wish more companies did business like that.

Let me start by saying that it’s difficult to truly express how much we appreciate Matt and Southwest Monument. They made this process bearable through excellent customer service and genuine kindness. With that in mind, we could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and what they fashioned on behalf of our Mom and Dad. They also got everything done and installed at least two weeks earlier than expected. They are so appreciated!

Exceeded my expectation greatly! Very high quality product and customer service was excellent and they made every step of setting up, designing easy through these hard times. Communication with Matt was excellent, he really made it easy and always responded in beyond reasonable time! Would recommend him to anyone in need of the monument and bronze service!! Thank you Southwest Monument so much!

My family and I have unfortunately had to use Southwest Monument a few times in the past year. With that being said, Matt has been very helpful every time we have gone to them and made this part of the process very easy.
