  This has got to be the worst funeral home ever. We had a loved one pass away today and we waited 3 1/2 hours to have our loved one transported. Then they send a pregnant funeral home employee out to us. My sister had to help move him. It was an awful experience and we will be sure and share our experience with anyone that will listen. My family has used this funeral home through the last 42 years. Mr. Smith had it then. So we have had to call on them for services. When we called upon them for our family need 3 years ago, We were treated so cold. It was the bottom dollar over the phone before even them receiving our loved one. I do not live there so I immediately called Bixby funeral home and we were treated with so much compassion and kindness and patience beyond measure. Not to mention it was half the price. We have used Bixby funeral home once more since. We would have this time as well if future arraarrangements had not already been made. Garrett's funeral home do better!

  The staff was very caring, compassionate and patient with arranging the beautiful memorial for Rocky. They all put extra effort to make everything from the folders and the display to be as special as the person it was representing. Thank you from our family!
