- ATAlicia TarverSep 17, 20245.0My daughter and I love Kindercare! She attended from 6 weeks old- 3 years old (The infant room staff are phenomenal! Ms Jenn (who has been there for decades), and Melissa are very caring and attentive). I never had a bad experience, even under the previous director Heather. When she was there, the center was fully staffed, and always did events for the kids. My daughter left for a year and recently returned. The process getting her back in was seamless, and everyone was so welcoming. Under the new management, Lisa and Georgia are phenomenal as well! They have both been there for years, and I am proud of the progress I have seen in both of them stepping into their new roles. Their dedication and love to the children is beyond compare. I have worked in childcare, and the turnover rate for employees is terrible, so I can understand frustrations/ concerns some parents may have. It is hard to find dedication and quality care. I can honestly say that the staff are caring, and staffing is coming along, I have seen management recruiting, hiring, and training staff. There have been many improvements over the last year. I would recommend this center to anyone.
