We are so thrilled we found Creme for our daughter’s Pre-K. Ms. Devi is so warm and kind, and loves her like her own. My daughter is so proud of all she is learning in class. Aside from the standard letters, numbers and such that Pre-K students learn, Ms. Devi has been working with her on speaking in front of others, which is a skill I wish I would have learned when I was young. So impressive! Ms Rayah is also wonderful. She is so kind and loving as well. All of the other teachers that come in her class are great, too. I trust that when I bring my daughter to school, she will be cared for, loved and safe, and that is what I love so much about the place.
The staff at the front desk are helpful and always greet me with a smile. Ms Angie and Ms Wendy are fabulous. They are always approachable and willing to hear about any concerns or suggestions. They care how the parents are feeling and what we have to say. They are willing to look at different ways of doing things if it will benefit the families, and I never feel like they’re brushing off any concerns or issues that arise. They are decisive and prompt with anything that needs to be addressed. We love our Creme family! ❤️❤️❤️

Creme de le Crème has been an exceptional before and aftercare childcare facility. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm, welcoming, and family-centered environment. The Angela is always professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, which provides peace of mind knowing my son is in safe and capable hands.
The facility is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed to support both learning and play. My son is always encouraged social development, creativity, and responsibility, while still having fun. Communication with families is clear and consistent, and the staff truly takes the time to get to know each child’s individual needs.
Creme de le Crème goes above and beyond to create a nurturing space where my son feel valued, supported, and excited to be each day. I highly recommend this program to any family looking for reliable, high-quality before and aftercare.
Another and final update, just skip this place also the like 10 most recent reviews are from the staff to boost the dwindling review score (it was a 2.8), one is the director herself and then she replied from the school account...anyways...
The first few years we were here with our first child were great. The teachers were wonderful (even with the turnover), and many of them were actual educators. The food was decent, and the cook was incredibly kind. If she’s still there, Ms. Chris is a great teacher if you just need a Pre-K option.
However, things have gone downhill significantly since the center was sold to KinderCare.
When ownership changed, they refused to honor the rates I had negotiated with the previous area manager and director—even though everything had been confirmed in writing. Prices were increased dramatically, and the hikes were bad enough that they lost so many students they had to close a classroom and turn it into an indoor play area.
The food quality has also dropped. Everything now seems to come out of cans or packages. You can see it yourself when the food delivery truck arrives in the morning—nothing appears fresh anymore, just canned and processed food.
Communication is another major issue. It’s something parents mention in their yearly surveys, yet nothing improves. For example, theme days are announced with a poster on the entrance and exit doors the week before—and that’s it. More than once we’ve heard about changes from our child before hearing anything from the school.
They also seem to have very few true educators left, maybe one or two at most. Many staff members appear to be people hired with little background in education or childcare.
Recently there was even a physical altercation involving the current director in the main area near two classrooms. Police were called during regular school hours. That’s not the kind of environment you want around small children.
The final issue is accountability and follow-through. They will promise the world in conversations but rarely deliver. When you bring it up later, you’re often met with a smile, another promise, and an explanation of why you’re somehow mistaken. If you push the issue enough, it can feel like it starts affecting how your child is treated.
For example, we had a teacher who would not even respond when my 3-year-old son looked her in the eye and said hello. A 60-year-old adult ignoring a small child because she didn’t like him is unacceptable. Her name is Ms. Jill and she is a horrible person. I raised this with management and nothing was done multiple times.
In short, this place looks nice from the outside, but unless you have a child who fits perfectly into their expectations every moment of the day, I would recommend looking elsewhere. There are many other centers in the area with better quality, better pricing, stronger management, and a safer atmosphere.
Currently implementing a 10% to 15% price gouge with 0 benefits or added quality. Absolutely disgusting behavior to rake families over the coals to pad profits. This is textbook gouging. You should be ashamed to do this to all of these families.

The parents are correct, unique personality is your child, this place likes to turn them into emotionless kids! Most of the staff is not welcoming to the kids. A early morning teach, their teacher who helps the kids with bathroom training, and a nutrition technician are the great. Other than them, the rest are no so friendly. Kids emotions and attitude change because of this place!

This is definitely one of the best state of the art daycare/preschools around. Glad to have my daughter enrolled.
