  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crème de la Crème – West Chester! From the moment I walked through the doors for my first tour with my little one, I felt welcomed and reassured that this was a place where children are genuinely cared for. A special thank you to Angela Garcia, who greeted me with such warmth and kindness. She took the time to personally walk me through the entire facility, explaining each classroom, every program, and all the different learning areas in detail. She answered all of my questions patiently and made me feel completely comfortable with the enrollment process. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine passion for working with families left a wonderful first impression. What truly stands out about Crème de la Crème is how thoughtfully their programs are designed. The curriculum is well structured, engaging, and age appropriate. There are so many activities throughout the day that keep the children actively learning, exploring, and having fun. It's clear that they focus not only on academics but also on creativity, social development, physical activity, and building confidence in every child. The facility itself is clean, organized, and provides a secure environment, which is incredibly important as a parent. Knowing my little one is in a safe place where they are learning, making friends, and being cared for by dedicated staff gives me tremendous peace of mind. I am also thankful to Amanda and whole staff who go above and beyond to take care of your little one. I am genuinely happy that my little one is attending Crème de la Crème – West Chester, and I truly appreciate the positive environment the entire team has created. If you're a parent looking for a nurturing, structured, engaging, and secure childcare center, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Crème de la Crème – West Chester a visit. It has been a wonderful experience for our family, and I am grateful we found this amazing school!

  Would not recommend this school. If your child is not perfect (sitting and entertaining themselves) than this is not the school for you and I would recommend to keep looking. My daughter went here for 1 month of their summer camp program and I would get calls daily about “behaviors”. My daughter is autistic and I was completely transparent with Angela the director and was told she would fit in great no problem. I was also bait and switched as well I was told low turnover which is not the case and I was told the class room size was about 20 kids. Then they send me an email with changes that I was not anticipating or told up front about that they were combining classes so the classes doubled on size and for an autistic child if I knew that I wouldn’t have moved her there. I then had an issue where my daughter hit someone but she is semi verbal and can’t tell me if she is being picked on verbally or not. So I went in and watched a video and watched one of the younger teachers in my daughters face forcing her to clean up and then when she hit another student due to being frustrated from some one forcing her to do something that she didn’t want to I see the teacher rip her out of the chair by her wrist and pull her away. Angela the director said well we can’t have specialized training to teach people to help special needs children. So it’s too bad but we are out of luck her solution was 2 days a week or try again in the school year…. Complete joke and the regional was supposed to call me but never has… terrible place I hope this review saves someone a headache for the 340$ a week they charge for this “high quality care” I would look elsewhere.

  I was very disappointed with how this daycare handled our situation. We were told that missed days could be made up, but when we tried to schedule them, we were told we needed to give notice. We were willing to do that and even offered to schedule the make-up days more than two weeks in advance, but they still refused. It felt like the rules kept changing. What made the experience even more frustrating was that there were only a handful of children in the classroom when I visited, so it didn’t appear to be an issue of space or staffing. Instead of honoring what we were originally told, they kept finding new reasons to say no. Parents deserve clear, honest communication. If make-up days aren’t actually an option, that should be explained from the beginning instead of giving families false expectations. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and very dissatisfied with the professionalism of the staff.

  Extremely unprofessional experience. We were told that if our child missed days, he would be able to make them up later. However, when we tried to schedule those make-up days, we were suddenly told that wasn’t possible without advance notice. We then offered to schedule them more than two weeks in advance, and they still refused, changing the explanation again. The communication was inconsistent, and it felt like the policies changed depending on who we spoke to. What made it even more frustrating was that when I looked into the classroom, there were fewer than five children there, so capacity clearly didn’t seem to be the issue. It left me wondering whether they’re more interested in collecting tuition than honoring what they tell parents. If make-up days aren’t actually allowed, they should be upfront about it instead of giving families false expectations. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend them based on how this situation was handled.
