  We recently did a trial day at this daycare for my daughter, and honestly, it was heartbreaking. During our tour, I specifically discussed helping my daughter meet her goals, one being transitioning from her bottle. She still uses it especially while teething. I asked if they would work with her and give it as needed during the transition, and I was told “absolutely.” Then on her very first day, the teacher immediately told me “absolutely not” regarding the bottle. Before leaving, I asked them to please call me if she refused her milk from the sippy cup because I was only 2 minutes away and could come help. I specifically said, “Please don’t let her cry all day over not having her bottle.” I was reassured, “We wouldn’t let her cry all day.” Yet at pickup, the exact words from the teacher were: “She cried on the floor most of the day to the point of sleeping.” When I picked her up, she had hard, crusted tears and boogers all over her face. Nobody greeted me when I walked into the room, and no one approached me to discuss how her day went, I had to ask. When I picked her up, my daughter was pushed so tightly into the table that she couldn’t even get out to come to me. I had to go over and help her myself.. A trial day should be when a daycare is putting their best foot forward and setting expectations for the care your child will receive. This experience did the exact opposite. To make matters worse, I returned later without my daughter to calmly discuss my concerns, and while I was there, I watched the ONLY teacher in the newborn room leave the room… leaving crying babies alone in the room with zero supervision. When speaking with the director afterward, I was told: “I wish you’d give us another chance, but I understand we’ve lost your trust.” As a parent, hearing that after everything I witnessed only made the situation more concerning. As a parent, that was enough for me. Please do your research before trusting this facility with your children.

  Nala Golphin is extremely rude and unprofessional! Doesn’t clean hands, children diaper, or classroom!! Beware!!! She has caused an altercation for violence before, this is a serious liability! Google her

  Our daughter loves Bright Path! We made the switch to Bright Path for the flexibility and part time options they offer. Of the multiple daycares we have tried, she has made the most growth at Bright Path. She comes home weekly learning new things. We are excited to send our newest addition to Bright Path soon!

  We love it here! We had not a great experience at another daycare and BrightPath got us in quickly and accommodated our 3 day schedule. Most daycares only offer 5 days a week for infants, so finding BrightPath has been such a blessing! The staff is great, the facility is clean, and our little guy loves it. Trusting someone with your infant is scary and nerve racking, BrightPath has done nothing but put our minds at ease that our son is taken care of and loved. So so so glad we are part of the BrightPath family!

  Very pleased with BrightPath so far. We have recently enrolled our two sons into daycare here and have had extremely positive results. Staff is very friendly and the facility is always kept clean. Could not ask for a better experience!
